Our NRA Basic Pistol Training Course is designed to provide shooters of all experience levels with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to safely operate and maintain a pistol. Whether you’re a first-time gun owner or looking to refresh your skills, this course offers step-by-step, hands-on instruction in a safe and supportive environment.
Course Includes:
• Firearm Fundamentals – Learn the parts, operation, and safe handling of pistols.
• Proper Shooting Techniques – Grip, stance, sight alignment, trigger control, and follow-through.
• Cleaning & Maintenance – Step-by-step instruction on disassembling, cleaning, and reassembling your firearm, along with proper care for cleaning equipment.
• Understanding Firearm Laws – Overview of firearm regulations and legal responsibilities for all 50 states, with emphasis on safe, lawful ownership and transport.
• Live-Fire Training – Supervised range time to practice your skills and apply what you’ve learned with live ammunition.
• NRA Basic Pistol Course Test – Written and practical evaluations to ensure you meet the NRA standards for safe and competent pistol handling.

NRA Basic Pistol Course ($150)
Once application and deposit is completed and received, I will contact you within 24 hours to interview and set a time and date to come to class.
Please remember:
- Complete Form and waiver before booking
- Remainder of payment is due in cash before class begin
- Make sure to have a box of 50 rounds of your ammunition
- Eye and ear protection is required, if you do not have it will be provided to you for $5 fee
- $10 rental fee if you choose to use the instructor handgun
- Must wear comfortable clothes and closed toe shoes
- Price is $150 PER PERSON to join the class
- $25 Deposit you pay on this site goes towards the balance of $150 for class ($125 will be remaining to pay in person) applies to any class and type of session you choose.
ALL additional fees and remaining of money for class MUST be paid in person. Deposit fee only will be collected on website.
